*I mean the players of course.

Sat 6th April - 17:30 KO - Brighton (Wembley) - FA Cup Semi Final
Tues 9th April - 20:00 KO - Spurs (A) - Champions League Quarter Final 1st Leg
Sun 14th April - 14:05 KO - Crystal Palace (A)

3 games in London then after that we have potentially 6 games in the North West.
Spurs (H) - April 17
Spurs (H) - April 20
United (A) - April 24
Burnley (A) - April 28
CL semi-final (H) - May 1/2
Leicester (H) - May 4/5

I know we have a headquarters down there but do we have the facilities to aid the players recovery?

Or would it be easier to come up and use our facilities for things like cryotherapy etc...

I susp
I think yes for the first 2 games but then there is enough of a break before the Palace game to go home
With you there Karen - players need down time with family
Can have an adverse effect being cooped up together with the current pressure - this ain't a tournament

Heathrow is about half an hour from Wembley after the traffic has died down
The players can be home about 1 am

Champions league, an away squad has to stay within 30 miles of the stadium the night before the game

So I reckon home early hours of Sunday
In for light training and recovery massages at the Campus Sunday afternoon.
Travel back to London Monday morning, arriving at midday, settle into the hotel
Training at WHL Monday evening
Then the final tactics discussion and light work Tuesday am followed by smashing spurs into orbit Tuesday evening

From what I've seen though we tend to avoid flights to and from English grounds, don't know whether that's Pep's preference or not. Which means 6 train journeys or 4 if they only come back after the 2nd game. Either way, seems like a lot of hassle.

Even worse for the fans that have to do it out of their own pocket.

As long as they let the FA, and the drug squad, that we plan on staying over.
Don’t want to give them anymore ammunition!
