Will we win the league this season?

City are improving so at face value that does make sense, however if Arsenal win the title, they may kick on too. And at some point they are going to fix their forward line. We need to make the most of this season. Everyone else bar Arsenal, and to an extent Villa, are really weak. It's probably the weakest top 6 ever. Look at the state of Spurs, Liverpool, Man Utd etc.
A second European cup would be brilliant.

I would be more than happy if we come 2nd but win the CL. This season is one season too early for our team to win it with such a young team. We will run away with it next season but Arsenal are the best team this season I feel.

If arsenal fix their forward line it will most likely weaken their defence. It’s all about balance

I don't think we're good enough this season, personally. Arsenal 1/3 to win the league, so bookies seem to agree. I hope I'm wrong.

Arse's next 4 are tricky, ours too but there is a chance they can drop a few points.

They have,
Bournemouth Away
Dips Home
Forest Away
Rags Home (I know, but they have their number)

If they don't we have to keep up.

Timing is crucial. Unfortunately we have gave the arse breathing room now to fuck up a couple of times before the run in and still stay ahead.

We can’t be behind, constantly trying to catch up. Rodri hopefully will help us v Chelsea and the point away to Sunderland will seem ok.

The eventual winner will prob win by a margin of 5 plus.

Need to get in their heads. Chelsea big game now. Risky as who knows how they will react to the sacking.

City do seem to be more stable tho bar the basketball moments in games. Not sure, frustrating today but it’s also fun watch the jeopardy in games again. We became to robotic after so many titles which seen passes for the sake of passes.

Anyway it’s a somewhat enjoyable journey because expectations this season were not peak stress winning machine.

Forest away maybe. They'll easily win the other 3.

I still think we're going to come up short. Those early defeats really hurt us.

The one you'd think is a gimme but is a fixture where we have frequently shat the bed before is Rags at the Emirates. They just have a knack of turning up for that one before the inevitable loss next match against relegation fodder.

If Liverpool could play is at Anfield in every game they would win the league until the end of time.

Our record there, even with worse sides than this current one is utterly terrible.

2 wins in 50 years and 1 of those was during COVID behind closed doors when the title was done.
It was on February 7th, the title wasn't done at all

After all the second place finishes and finally winning the title, Arsenal are not likely to have the hunger next season. Liverpool have struggled both times after winning the league. We do have a decent chance this season, my concern is mostly the fixture pileup. We're already putting in the most effort of any team in the league, its just not sustainable competing in 4 competitions.

We need one more Summer to finally get back to our best. Buy the final missing pieces and sell the deadwood. This team will definitely try and win it this season but 2026/27 is much more likely to be our title.
Not sure there's much deadwood in this squad. Maybe Grealish and Sav I can't think of anyone else. Bernie will never be deadwood but its likely he might go elsewhere as might Ake. Other than that the squad is looking very good.
