Willy has to play in the Final

Cabellero showed how shite he was at Spurs. If he gets picked tomorrow it further highlights Pellegrini's major failings as a manager. Will he change his mind, will he fuck, it doesn't matter what the fans think, or anybody else for that matter. Roll on the summer.

Cup Keeper! What a laugh. Another made up phrase people actually believe is fact. No such thing, strongest team in a final, end of.
Whatever happened to playing your cards close to your chest and keeping team selection private until announced before kick off.
Lots on here believe WC should be first name down and we publically announce he is playing. Therefore, Klopps team preparation includes instruction to shoot from anywhere and win as many free kicks around the box as WC does not save anything.

Yet Hart had to make 4 one-on-one saves and make 3 good saves to keep the score down to merely a trashing.

Of most concern tomorrow are Peller's go-to tactics:
1. Ultra High - defensive line against the Gagenpress with our players.
2. YaYa in a defensive two.

Co-Co in nets is a mere bagatelle to the above.

Your points 1 and 2 are spot on!

The high line has been even more exposed with Demichellis in the back four, partially with Kolarov as well. They're not the fastest and as Vardy and Deulofeu showed a high line with those two is suicidal. However, with Vinnie and Otamendi I'd feel more confident as they both have decent enough pace. Think Vinnie showed that in the first minutes on Wednesday when he kept up with Yarmolenko before slide tackling him. I'd still rather play a deeper line, with a less static edge of the offside routine mind. For this reason Clichy has to play.

In regards to the Yaya conundrum I think it's quite simple. Exactly how we lined up with him at Seville. In a two with Fernandinho with Fernando anchoring behind. Or even what we set up with at Kiev, although it'd be imperative that Silva dropped a lot with would lose some of his attacking impetus.

Good post. Liverpool are likely to come out of the traps fast so I would prefer to see us start off a bit deeper and absorb more of their play!
