It's fantastic that a Brit has finally won Wimbledon after such a long time.

It puts it in context for me that my dad wasn't even born the last time Fred Perry won it.

We're on holiday in Florida, so I could only follow it on the BBC's text updates, and I'm delighted for him. He deserves it.

There is some sad bastards on here... Scotland v the rest of the uk. Who gives a fuck that he was scottish.... he is still a brit. The british isles is a tiny place, any sportsman/woman who brings some glory deserves a pat on the back.
