Wimbledon 2023 | Alcaraz beats Djokovic in the final

I don't disagree, but he did ask for it to be stopped, and Wimbledon agreed.
100% he did mate , but it would never have finished, I feel it was more that than him being injured, if it was the injury he could have asked for a physio and that would have taken it almost yo curfew time

No it clearly wouldn't have finished before 11pm, but i'm sure the "injury" was part of it.

Hopefully he's fit enough to continue tomorrow.

I always worry when they finish for the night when one player is running rings round the other. Tomorrow his opponent might come back in a better frame of mind and more in keeping with his position in the rankings. Murray might be feeling the effects of his ‘injury’ and might not have slept very well.so the whole scenario could be reversed! I’ve seen it happen many times before. I hope it doesn’t but…

Or gone for a shit, within the rules I believe.

So frustrating

He would have won last night if it didn’t have to stop

Also that last set when he didn’t challenge the line call would have put him love 40 up

Now he’s break down in final set and facing elimination
