Are you a Spanish citizen? Have you lived in Spain for the last 11 years? She is a British citizen, why shouldn't she represent Britain?Why do they say she's British.
She's no more British than I am Spanish.
Mind u I have been to Spain a few times

Fair play to her. If Rod Stewart can pretend to be Scottish, and Tony Cascarino can claim to be Irish, then why can't Konta be "British"?

Christ, the FAI certainly exploited the "granny rule" (no Wayne, calm down) to it's fullest back then. I suppose if anyone was to blame, it was UEFA/FIFA; I assume they created that rule. There were some very iffy "Irishmen" knocking around back then!Good 'ol Tony, the ice cream man.
