iv'e had problems with the laptop the screen went blank anyway i have got it back to the point windows is asking for a product key number to continue to load windows 7, the sticker on the underside is worn away that bad i cant read it, wtf do i do now, i have no other disc as toshiba's dont supply these

Use an activator like Windows Loader.

What do you mean "got it back to the point" you reinstalled or rolled it back etc ?

I would do as Skash say's get dazloader (can't really link it here) and that will fix this issue.

the screen went blank so this guy sent me a boot repair disc 'no joy' and a windows 7 reinstall disc this has loaded all the drivers up etc so now my laptop will boot to 'start for the first time' asking for product code which is worn

toshiba will supply the genuine reinstall disc for about £30 but as i say cant read the product code and without that they cant supply, i cant get into the laptop through safe start or anything else
