I think we will remain in Pot 3 for next season - the only way out I think is to actually win the Europa Final.

A lot of sides above us in the coefficient could miss out arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, inter, Porto and a few more

Also, it will depend on how many of the 30 teams above us quallify for the Champions League.

tbh i think most seeded teams would prefer us to be seeded, there aint gona be many teams that fancy playing us if we pot 3.
doesnt really matter what pot tbh as i think we be much stronger next season and should get out of any group

If City make the semi-finals that will be enough to pass Dynamo Kiev, Sporting Braga, Fiorentina and Spurs (all eliminated). City will be in the top 26 at least. It just requires ten clubs above City in the ranking not to qualify for the CL The odds are that two out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal will fail.
Add in Inter, Roma, and Villareal from Italy plus Sevilla and Athletico Madrid, from Italy. Then there is Hamburg and Werder Bremen from Germany, Sporting from Portugal, and Marseilles plus Lyon from France. None of the above are in qualifying places at this point.
Then a number of teams would face the playoff round to make the group stages.
