Looking like this will happen and well planned by Unions......maybe even run on into the 2012 and "The Games" ... not sure the general public have stomach for it to be honest as last 30 years has seen a change in culture towards strike support...law have made it harder.

Focused strike action to reduce govt revenue sources and strikes maybe disrupt key events - you hit the wider public and the support dries up!
