first 30 minutes I thought Bernado, with a new set of duracells, was nailed on for this, then up stepped cheeky reindeers, superb performance by him. Honourable mentions to pretty much everyone else

Almost everyone played well, even the subs (only Doku struggled really, but credit to their right back who played well against him).

But Reijnders was something else for a PL debut.

But in all seriousness along with Bobb, and for me surprisingly, Lewis I think young Trafford deserves a mention in dispatches.

Avery good team performance on what could have been a very difficult opening fixture.

Pretty obvious.....not sure how Trafford has been mentioned, even once! He made a couple of saves that if they had gone in, he would have been crucified for (like 99% of all keepers 'saves').....blue tinted specs must have been on offer this week ;)

trafford looks solid, RAN grew into the game and will be a player for us, boulders and ruben excellent,rico busy and played really well (again) nico was steady(i really do like him) reindeers(motm) bernie helped control the center and was excelled(2nd motm) doku struggled against their full back but was a threat, bobb was quiet at first,but after 20 mins showed exactly why people rate him so highly and finally big erl ,doing what big erl does

great allround performance and a great start to the season

Reminders of course, Quality throughout with a great finish but Big shout to Rico Lewis, the lad gets some stick but he was excellent. Also praise for Stones, Bobby and Erling and Bernardo was true Captain material. Overall I was delighted...!!!

When the line up was announced, I'll be honest, I thought we looked a bit lightweight in midfield . After kickoff, when we started to take control, everything seemed to be working well.
Reindeer was mom for me, but shout outs for stones, Rico, Oscar bobb, the Norwegian tap on merchant, Bernado, Trafford, infact everyone who played.
Great performance.
