I just got a telling off from the missus for clapping loud, making the cat scarper when Stones scored.
 
Get the fuck in! I could care less whether the goal was controversial. Top of the league, zero fucks given.

It’s not at all pretty to watch at the moment. Normally, it’s because of the way the opponents play but currently it’s our play that is slow, lethargic and lacks any urgency at all. If these are the tactics, it’s disappointing.
When we get a chance to break, we slow it down and wait for the opposition to get back in shape.
Would think Haaland is very frustrated at the moment. He desperately needs Kev or Phil to start playing those through balls that he thrives on.
Relieved to get the win, but we won’t get out of jail too many times playing like that.

id much rather Nunes was given a go. hes got pace and meat we desperately need in there.
 
It’s fucking hilarious listening to these bitter cunts. They want Bernardo to be offside before the ball has even been played. All anyone needs to see is the shot from in front of the goal when stones heads the ball. Bernie is nowhere near the keeper.
 
big surprise we did something from a corner, big win but awful performance from a good few players. but 3 points in the bag, and it was much needed. now hope Chelsea gets something like a draw at least and then its a huge round for us with Arse and dippers both fuck up hopefully.

still the non performance of Gundo, Bernardo, Haaland and lack of real danger from Doku, Savio, we need much more vs the shitter lower half sides. KDB and Foden needs to grab the team and and add their extra dimension to it, very soon.
 
The keeper AND Silva went for the same space as the corner is taken, no foul for either player, if anything the keeper pushed Silva. The ball comes in and Stones heads it cleanly into the back of the net, Silva is clearly in advance of the last defender hence in the 1970s that would be offside, however, in the fifty intervening years it has been decided players clearly not interfering with play and in this case Silva actually ducked out of the keepers eyeline are not in play.

Anything else is bollox.

It is different because Bernardo isn’t even obstructing the keeper when Stones heads the ball.
