Wolves are wank and will finish bottom 4.

Very pleasing result and performance. Looked like they meant it.

All the new lads had blinders. All very good players and very confident PL debuts.

Stones imperious. So important he stays fit.

Get Rodders fit, keep Stones fit, get Foden back at, sign a couple more and it’ll be a good season.
 
That was fucking mint, that. Reijnders is a joke. Exactly what we’ve been needing for a couple of seasons, a midfielder who has energy in abundance as well as genuine quality and ability to score.

Bobb contributing too. Haaland clinical. Jonny Boulders being the beautiful man he is. Ait-Nouri very good. Same with Nico G. Trafford steady and started an attack for a goal. Rico fantastic as well (looks ‘meaner’?). Cherki a joke.

All without Foden or Godri too.

Not seen us play with that element of swagger for a while. It was carnival football by the end of it. Street football.

Loved that.

Matheus Nunes. He’s top of the league.

Oh, and I had Reijnders, Cherki and captained Haaland in my FPL. What an evening.
 
Solid opening, all things considered. Losing Gonzalez at the end sucks, though. That was an awkward fall on his elbow, and he looked to be in considerable pain—hopefully just a stinger.

Reijnders, Bobb, and Lewis stood out to me. I hope Pep starting the latter means we’re not selling him. Does Lewis have the highest ceiling in the world? No. But he’s got a high floor, plays multiple positions, and gives everything whenever he’s on the pitch. We became more susceptible down the left almost immediately when Nunes came on(whom I'm a fan of).

Much bigger test next week.
