Every fucking week for ten years there’s been a dozen or so immediately upset with the starting line up. During which time we’ve been the best top tier side in history.

Sometimes it’s best to just shut the fuck up and watch the game. Quite literally none of us have the faintest fucking clue how fit everyone is, how they’ve been training, who’s had a small knock or what the analysts have come up with to target the specific strengths and weaknesses of our opponents.

It’s beyond fucking boring.

Reading this thread he doesn't pick the team to suit any blue on earth.

Nobody on here knows why some are, and some aren't playing, yet know better than Pep who spent every day with them, and the other coaches.

Anyone with half a brain knew Cherki was never starting this one. He’s a maverick with undoubted ability and potential, but opening game, away from home? Pep was never starting him, never taking that risk from the start. Was always more chance he’d get the nod next week at the Etihad from the start
