Is the ticket site playing up?
I don't qualify until 1pm tomorrow but it lets me select a ticket instead of saying restricted as it normally would but then won't let me complete the purchase saying they are only on sale to cityzen members, which is incorrect

It was doing that to me earlier. I qualified at 3pm on Thuraday but tried a few mins before and it did as you described. Then at 3pm when I should have been able to buy it went in to that "Planned Maintenance" mode. Think it was ok again abuot 15 mins later. Clearly soemthing up with the Wolves sales as the option looks different and I did still get that Citizens message on a couple of the blocks I selected.
