Wolves fans

we really need to sort it out, first 20mins , great, second half always is quieter., dont know why dont ask but we need to keep singing and encouraging others to sing, its embarrasing sometimes especially when they were singing, YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE AT HOME

City fans were strangely subdued today .... not only during the game but outside after it too ..... you could just feel that most were just glad to have got the three points ...... but most fans certainly weren't 'on a high' on their way home.

I was sat in East Stand Upper , and the Wolves fans were in good voice ..... but it wasn't really a case of them outsinging us ...... more a case that we never really got started , before OR after the goal!

It was definetely no 'Hamburg' style atmosphere from our view point , despite all the pre-match optimism ..... maybe it was all just a bit too tense with the new players trying to 'bed in'.

Very subdued atmosphere today.Wolves fans were probably louder than us yeh but away fans of newly promoted clubs are always very vocal as they are enjoying being back in the big league.

I know a lot of Wolves fans and was dissapointed in the way they kept singing the adebayor song and boring songs like 'your only here for the money' and 'where were u when u were shit'.They need some originallity.

Sick to death of the music pre match. Playing the playlist songs when the teams were being read out, well done City.

Killed the atmosphere big time.

they were loud as all away fans who sell out are - it's a perfect position for away fans, the kind of away games I love best are when you are behind the goals as they are.

But - they were fairly sad and small time in my opinion, as if they hadn't been up in the top league in years. Pretty embarrassing really.

Singing 'United' is utterly pathetic, I can't imagine ever singing the name of some other team to try to wind up the team we are playing. It's so small time and sad, almost felt sorry for em!
They are actually a big club with a great history - they've no need to stoop to singing some other teams name, or sing 'you've never won fuck all' and 'where were you when you were shit' etc

I thought they were shit, as if they were on a day out and expect to be going down again. Loud yeah - but sad as fuck

Think they need eduacting about where we were when we were sh*t though!

Don't really give a crap! Usual promoted teams fans with lots of bravado. Yes we were quiet, bout a long way to go.

If you think it's because we were crap, your opinion, that shouldn't matter, we won! Get a grip.

They were far louder than us today, and sang most of the time, we were pretty quiet most of the time. First half most were waiting for the obvious destruction following the first goal, second half most were hoping we wouldn't gift them a goal (which quite frankly they more than deserved), and were just grateful we held on.

We need to turn this "where were you when you were shit" song round, and start singing "where were YOU when WE were shit" back at them. In Wolves (and many of the others that sing it) case, it was mostly where we were or worse, so its hardly a great boast. When they sing "you're only here for the money" we should all wave a tenner at them, like we care ? In fact we should do the same when singing bluemoon too, the money jibes are just a cheap shot, we didn't ask for the money so why should we apologise for it ?

It's my opinion that most City fans are just waiting for us to trip up, and nerves are on edge, once we get going and start winning more and more we will soon find our voices, not a problem to me.

It seems that some away fans think that's all that matters, I prefer what goes on, on the pitch
