Won't be an easy match tomorrow but hope we give game time to some of the kids!

My line-up would be:

Bravo
Danilo Stones Mangala Delph
Gundogan Yaya Foden
B.Silva Aguero Diaz

Subs: Muric, Tosin, Walker, Jesus, Sterling, Nmecha, Zinchencko

If Diaz is injured (heard he might be) then id give a game to Zinchencko.

Diaz was a banker so I think we will be forced to use Aguero. For as bad as Tosin/Mangala may look on paper, we can't continue to play both John and Ota every 3 days. The PL is important and they need a rest.

If Mendy and Kompany were fit, we could literally put out another 11 that would be in a title race.

We should be winning this comfortably.

Injuries to Kompany and Mendy haven't helped. I don't think we enter any competition to bow out of It, but if we were to pick one this would be it and 11 changes is absolutely the right thing to do.
 
Only downside in rotation is if we slip up and the rags go on to win it, still think our cover players need the run out and Mangala might be needed sooner than a few of the youngsters, who knows he may have gained confidence under Pep, Delph has been a revelation and there were some who wanted to see him go not so long ago

Do you really want to see 11 changes?

I was thinking that players like Aguero and Bernardo needed games. Delph also could play in midfield and maybe play Zinchenko at left back.

We need to keep winning and we can play a much-changed team and still win, but 11 changes from Saturday would be too much. I hope that that is just mind games.

I know Bravo will start but I would only put him in when the usual back 4 are available. It's in these squadie games that your keeper is most important if you ask me. I know that is very contrary to convention of starting your second keeper in the cups but just because everyone does something doesn't always mean it's right. :-)

Fantastic outside the box thinking. I think you are on to something there. Albeit, I'll go with 3 at the back if it were me.
 
Who from the academy could we expect to be called up? U23s have the Checkertrade Trophy, really hope to see Tosin + Zinchenko obviously start, but am curious to see what happens with Nmecha/Garre/Duhaney etc if they make the bench.

Gutted for Brahim.
