One thing's for sure, Spanish needs a haircut

This not being able to tell him apart from Bernard scenario (copyright Stuart Pearce) is doing my head in

I am so mashed up that I asked my son at the time whether that great cross for the first goal the other night was from Bernardo

Given that he was sitting on the subs' bench at the time, it was admittedly one of my more moronic recent enquiries, but the point remains that the trimmers need to be poised for action

He’s growing it so he’s got the Bruce Lee back for May when he lifts the European Cup as captain wearing white shorts and navy socks. Then we can say we’ve completed it.

Blasphemy.

(But even I have trouble telling them apart when they are both on pitch.)

I hate Monday night matches... such a long trudge through subpar football at the weekend and a plodding workday to get through before the main event.

Only made better if the Seagulls get a result.

Won't be an easy game, need to be on the mark from the minute 1. No room for complacency anymore.

Ederson
Walker
Laporte
Kompany
Delph
Fernandino
D Silva
Debruyne
Sterling
Sane
Aguero

City 4 - Wol 0

Wolves have certainly proved they can hold their own. I’m hoping we are just wear them down and don’t gift them any chances, because they certainly won’t spunk them like they did against the Dippocrites.
Complacency and poor finishing will cost us if we are not at 100%.

2-1

This ain't going to be easy at all. A very tricky banana skin and one of our toughest fixtures. Bit of a bogey team. I just want 3 points.
