fuck me another 12:30 kick off, I work Saturdays the absolute twats :(

I guess I will be running my deliveries in today, fingers crossed for a quiet day, arse.
 
Just asking those amongst us who have a ticket for the match and are thinking about swerving it, probably because of the weather.

We’ve all done it before, it’s on tv and it’s early etc. I’ve got a feeling the boys need our support more than usual today.

After all, we are the champions, we got back to the top of the league again last week. We’ve got a tricky game today against an opponent who we certainly owe one.

The team will definitely appreciate our efforts. If you’re thinking of putting it on the tv, think again.

I am going. Not worried about water.

Gave omicron serious thought but I am vaccinated and this is so contagious it will be impossible to avoid anyway.

Their keeper will time waste from his first goal kick. He will take a drink before placing the ball. Move the ball to the opposite side of the 6 yard box. Kick both posts then wave his two centre backs up the pitch before smashing it long. The ref will talk to him about it throughout the game, making a point of tapping his watch every so often . If Wolves still have something to protect like a lead or a draw the ref will waste even more time by booking their keeper on 85 mins. There will be a standard 3 or 4 mins added on at the end unless there is a major stopping point in the second half. Not easy to put in a sweep but that's how it will go.
 
can see this being really tight result, we need to take our chances, no fluffing big chances, just take them. clinical is what we miss.
Soton and Palace both walked away with a clean sheet from Etihad already, no more points can be dropped vs lower table sides this season imo at home.

if Foden/Jesus are fit would go with Foden-Bernardo-Jesus front three, as Bernardo kind of feels the goal for now, and a Rodri-Gundo-KDB midfield.
Dont want Sterling Grealish starting from left, if they have to start Sterling should be on right, and Grealish deeper centrally not left of front three.

big chance to put some pressure on Pool, Chelsea by winning early game.
