****Wolves issue pg 6****Spurs ticket (non) exchange??

Sorry to hijack the thread somewhat, season ticket holder here. My ticket has updated fine as normal for tomorrow, my dad's hasn't and is showing wolves as the next game.

He's also a season ticket holder, hasn't sold his seat and never had an issue, any idea?

Edit: it doesn't even show wolves, it shows Chelsea game still - logged into the ticketing account and the ability to download it to the mobile wallet is greyed out.

i think you know the answer, either get down early to the TO or spend xx mins on the phone to them tomorrow morning.

There's obviously been issues with this game which the clubs seems to have eventually dealt with mainly in the last couple of days after doing very little for a long time.

AS for your/dad's issue I'd imagine that's from what you posted not related to all the other stuff going on and his ticket should have shown shortly after his last attendance.

Open up his seasoncard in his wallet. there should be 3 dots top right. Click on these and select pass details. Turn off auto updates, then turn back on. This should hopefully sort it.

Think this only works on iPhones. Don’t think Google wallet has any back information. Happens to my mate all the time. If it’s any conciliation to the guy with the problem, my mate’s has so far at least always finally updated itself before the game. But sometimes only a few hours before.
 
Just checked now and the spurs ticket as it was standalone was still showing in my wallet, it needs deleting so today's barcode can 'get on top' on your phone (android).
