Is there any sport where the best woman in the world is better than the best man?

I don't think there is.

Due to difference in strength, power, speed etc they aren't going to be as good as men at football, rugby, boxing etc but I can't see any reason why woman can't be as good as a man in snooker, darts or other less physically demanding games- but they're not.

There's been multiple women who've won the 'Top Fuel' drag racing World Championship which I believe is the F1 of the drag racing world.

Last time was Brittany Force in 2022.
