The men’s game is separate from the FA though, it’s it’s own private company.
I’m pretty sure if the FA still had complete power over what is now the Premier League, a salary cap would have been brought in years ago.
The salary cap in the women’s game will always keep it behind the likes if France, it has to be scrapped.

it will changed when the raggies team get promoted and it will based on how many trophies won by the men's team.

Lucy Bronze leaving the club appears to have left a big void in the team although they are still competing for the league title.
I think we are now waiting for the young players who have come into the team to get fully up to speed or is that harsh ?

As good as Bronze is, I don’t think one player should have made such a huge difference, in particularly a right back.
I think Cushing has a refreshment job coming up from this summer because this team looks a little stale for me now. The big problem is that until the FA WSL allows the likes of City and Chelsea to attract some of the players Lyon can by offering similar wages we will be left behind at the very top.
