Yeah, the standards of today's commentators is abysmal nowadays, I vaguely remember the days of the late 70's, early 80's when tv match commentary appeared to be impartial, (unless a British team was playing against a European team).

Now they barely hide their favouritism for the red bin dippers or the scum and general disdain for anything City related.
