Yeah but there's only really 3 teams in the running, if we beat Chelsea in I think a couple of weeks at home it's allover....or should be.

It’s a league that really is dominated by the top 3 teams. Hard to see that changing too quickly despite all the hype around the Rags.

Chelsea fan.

It's always a big game when we come up there and this one is shaping up very nicely.

The WSL website screwed up the way they displayed today's attendance at the Minihad but it looks like it was over 3,600. That's a good number for the women's game and about 300 more than we had today. Based on feedback we've had from the City box office, ticket sales are going really well for the game on 23rd February. If there are any of you who haven't attended a women's game yet, this might be a good one to cut your teeth on.

As for it being over if you win, you could be right but we've both got two league games to play before then. If Chelsea can avoid falling any further behind, and if both teams stay ahead of Arsenal, than a win on the 23rd will put you 4 points ahead, but we'll have a game in hand. Given that you haven't dropped points to anybody other than Arsenal and Chelsea, you would then be firm favourites, but you wouldn't have much room for error.

Keira Walsh signs a new 3 year contract. Big turn around from handing in a transfer request after being approached by Lyon last summer. Looks like we are tying our better players down to new contracts.
