Might be worth just adding that Casey Stoney has played in the womens game and it's become evident over time that she has a good understanding of the players she needs. It's still early days I guess for Taylor but I can't help but feel it was an appointment similar to Phil Neville's for England, neither made sense. It was all a case of keeping everything "in-house", so the talent pool was instantly limited.


Taylor is going to need time I guess, but Nick Cushing had seven years as the manager and he never had a squad as strong as this.
