The number of times a player on the ball had the time to turn and look for a continuation of the movement forwards was substantial but instead they face the way they've received the ball and pass backwards or sideways, and when we do add a bit of pace and attack forward we have the players - Hemp and Kelly - to get behind the full backs, but the clause in Steph's contract that she has to have three touches in each move still remains! But I suppose the scoreline can justify it.FT 7-1.
We played some decent enough stuff, scored some good goals, but a long way off our best for me, sometimes sloppy play (their goal), and still too much play facing or going in the wrong direction. Can't complain about scoring 7 two games in a row.
