I just don't understand it - Taieb is shocking with the ball at her feet, several big errors yet they continue to play the ball back and surprise another soft goal conceded. Great coaching not! especially when you have the likes of Hemp causing problems when given an early pass through. Greenwood's distribution is not good enough at centre back but is a decent left back. We can see it so why can't Taylor?

its a big game for the city manager and going 1 down early is not what he needs.
city ladies are just not themselves ? yes injuries are a big issue at this level and even 1 or 2 will drop your levels
but city have had loads of players missing and big players as well.

but it should not give the manager a free pass with results and we should be doing better and winning more games

Goalkeepers in the Women’s game really annoy me. Timewasting at every opportunity, feigning injury to allow tactical input from coaches and most are really poor. Ellie Roebuck and Sandy McIvor (Everton) are the exception and also Hannah Hampton (Aston Villa). Rest are frustratingly useless.

It tells you a lot when you see how some players play when on international duty and how they play for their club. Taylor is a terrible coach - he was with the youth set up and is now showing it in the WSL. He has no plan B, would rather play players out of position than play certain players and cannot appear to motivate them. He has to go.
