as I only watched the last 15 mins, the city was all over Chelsea, didn't give them time or room, but in the end all I heard was Chelsea had the best 3 players out, well hang on didn't the city have 7-8 players out for most of the season and are now just coming back, just like the men they bottled a league cup final

We still had several players out, including the England skipper, and the best winger in England, plus Esme Morgan, who would likely have started, not to mention Vicky Lusado.

Poor old Chelsea.....

Just like the derby, we were shocking in the first half but managed to turn it around again with a much better 2nd half performance. Credit to the girls for keeping at it. Really good finish frm Weir for her 2nd which basically killed the game off for us. Some lovely corner flag shithousery towards the end too. The only proble is, is that enough to keep Taylor in a job for next year?

Anyway, well done MCWFC! Continental League Cup champions

At halftime City had had more chances than Chelsea, a stonewall penalty not given and had hit the post, while having 60% possession?

But we certainly stepped up on that in the second half
