Normally you only get Pierce on MOTD when his gaffs have been edited out in the highlights. Listening to him doing a live commentary he is absolute garbage

Best thing to do in big games when you have a player down. Easy way to exploit the rule, not sure why its not done more often.

I'm not sure Jonathan Pearce is quite as objectionable as, say, Martin Tyler yet, but I loathe him with a passion.
Only because he's such a knob he doesn't realise it.
