Is the country going to 'snap' the next time a drunk driver runs someone over. I'm not, as long as they are brought to justice, that's all a civilised society should expect. And improtantly, carry on with our way of life.

Anyway, back to the actual incident. I wonder how this came about. Would seem premeditated due to the weapons they were carrying and also they were near a barracks and therefore likely to have a predetermined target. We're they just driving round looking for someone in uniform or in support of the forces I wonder.

Was the victim simply targeted because of his t-shirt or had he come from the barracks and they had watched him come out. Obviously anyone can buy and wear a help for heroes t-shirt so would that suggest they knew he was in the forces and therefore they were monitoring the barracks?
