I dont want to go on my umpteenth rant about Agencies....but you MUST understand that its the CLIENT to provides the Job Description and the Person Specification, its the CLIENT who agrees and sets the pay, its the CLIENT who picks the candidate.
The Agency merely works to the needs and requests of the CLIENT. The fact someone doesnt get a job is not the fault of the Agency. They dont guarantee you a job, they help you find one.
Essentially all the Agency does is get you in front of the Client, whether via just your CV or an interview. Its up to YOU to actually get the job. By being the best person for that job, either on paper or face to face.
Why would an Agency HATE a qualification? That just doesnt make sense.
If a Client doesnt require a certain qualification for a job, then its not needed. If a Client asks for a certain qualification, and you dont have it...then you are not the right candidate for the job. Thats not the Agencies fault, thats because the Client has asked for something specific
