Tried that. It's an even bigger fucking nightmare trying to sort out expenses at the end of the month. The level of scrutiny is much higher, and the web app for submitting EOM expenses if absolute dogshit. Every single line of expenses has to have a billing code attached, which you have to select from a convoluted menu system, and when you get to the end of each line item, if any element is incorrect or you've put the wrong code in, it spits you back out at the beginning and you have to start from scratch.

For a 2 week trip, it's probably a days worth of fucking about trying to get everything in order and signed off.
