Our toilet at work has two cubicles and two urinals. Now if I go in for a pee and there's some guy using the urinal, I'll automatically use one of the cubicles, rather than pee standing next to some stranger. But whenever someone comes in and I'm using the urinal, you're guaranteed they will use the urinal.

Is it just me that finds this a bit wrong?
