Working through the holidays ?

So most of us will be off for the next 10 days or so, but curious to see how many won't be.

Despite being "part time" I have 5 shifts, tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 12 hours on New years Day.

Off until Thursday after today. Off 2/1 too.

After so many drinks and so many after eights and x amount of turkey, it all becomes rather boring.

First real Christmas holiday since I moved to Ireland in 2017. All those American corporations had me working over Christmases previously, I have infact been off since yesterday as our installation got called off for wind.

I run my a business so I’m on and off doing a few bits and bobs over Christmas. I don’t really mind, it’s nice to be flexible.

I’m B2B though so all my clients have clocked off for the holidays for the most part

I always worked at dec 25 th for a week then had a week off at new year , the holiday on the wards was fun

Working right now and will be in tomorrow then off until 5th Jan. Gonna do fuck all apart from tax return and get to Eastlands for a 3pm saturday match.

Take Monday off, that’s it. Trying to finish up this house and need to start the next one, concrete is in the ground. Can’t beat a bit of Winter Framing

Finished today at 12 and that's me done until the 2nd Jan

Agree with a few others saying all the days off get a bit meh after a bit especially after all the food and drink, but would still rather be off relaxing than in work!
