Yup, but Carlton managed to charge through the middle and get tackled, with the ball looping into the net, so he's Motm for me. on a more serious note, he had a ball over the top on all game and no pressure on him, but just couldn't get it right
 
France could field two teams worth of great players yet play as shit as that. Deschamps is useless and was obvious after the Euros they needed someone to make the most of their players, they never play near their potential and scrap through every game.

They were second best to bloody Australia for most of the game and outside a fairly soft pen and a Pogba fluke special they would have deserved to lose. Dont remember a single good passage of play from them.

Says a lot about Deschmps that he's playing Australia yet has two holding midfielders and two centerbacks playing fullbacks, instead of Mendy and Sidibe, arguably the most dangerous fullback pair in the world. France won't achieve anything with him ass manager
