I point you to the 2nd half of the derby where he made Pogba and Smalling look like Zidane and Ramos. Went and got thrashed in a poxy international friendly and brought his liabilities back for the remainder of the season. Just not consistent or reliable enough for what we need to be a consistently elite club.
 
Iceland are the perfect team for our comentators because they play like a mid table prem team so are considered plucky, 10 behind the ball then leg it up field on the times they attack.

Playing to their stengths I suppose
