We are still and always have been and possibly always will be terribly poor technically.

None of our players can control or pass the ball, it’s an English disease.

It’s noticable we have no players anywhere near World Class n’all, we just play a system and there’s no individual talent. Every English player is complimented by better players who make them look better than they are at club level.

That's the argument that will be made at the end of the world cup after we give Southgate a 4 year contract forgetting the fact that Shelvey, Wilshere and Bertrand (3 of our most technically gifted players) have been left at home. The English disease is appointing dreadful managers who know nothing about football.
