World Cup 2026

Have zero interest in this fat, bloated, greedy tournament.

Its an age thing as well i fully admit.

Years ago id be very excited about a world cup, spain 82, mexico 86, italia 90, just brilliant, exciting.

The group stages and early knock outs will be boring as fuck now.

It used to be exotic and now it's a political shambles run by very very greedy people, if it gets cancelled I wouldn't be disappointed.
 
I dont see how the world cup can go ahead in America. I know trump was awarded Fife World peace prize for all his peace keeping work.

America is a rouge country commenting war crimes and now piracy stealing ships and stealing the cargo.

The world can not turn up for a competition in America, it just cant. That would be seen as support America's actions
 
I will boycott. I'm not going to watch it.

The mention of Chris Martin & Coldplay was the nail in the coffin for me!

I think football has changed in so many ways and a big one for me is cunty players.
As a kid watching brazilians like socrates, zico, junior etc (zico is still one of my all time faves) was amazing! Exotic, flair players who were hard as well.

Now brazil have bell ends like viniscus and richarlison
 
It has been soured in multiple ways. I'm delighted that Ireland didn't make it. Now it doesn't have to be a big issue socially to abstain.

For those who will watch - enjoy. And to those who won't - enjoy not enjoying.
