They have really made Stones the new England scapegoat.
I'm certain of it.
Heavily focusing on the negatives in his game, not highlighting when he does things correctly, and often focusing the camera on him during England's bad spells.

No Sterling, no Wooney, the media have to pick on some other bugger.

If I was one of these players I'd be handing in my notice for international football and telling the media to go fuck themselves.
