World Cup - Results Prediction Competition

Just for a bit of fun - I'm happy to run a World Cup prediction competition.

All you need to do is predict the exact score for each game in the Group Stage - I will post quarter final fixtures onwards as they become known.

You get three points for an entirely correct score prediction and one point for a correct outcome - i.e. you predict say 1-0 but the result is 2-0

is there a possibility of a bluemoon world cup sweepstake?

everyone pays a pound (or 2/3/4/5) via pay pal to ric (or another mod/bluemoon account) who then distributes the cash once a winner is found?

which could also allow something like this to run?
