Yes, get on the blower, if it hasn't arrived, they will need to get a duplicate issued for collection at Wembley and cancel your old one in case some bent git in the Post Office has snaffled it.

Just rang about mind and apparently they put a card through the door today after the wife left to come down to oxford so looks like a quick trip back int he morning to get to the delivery office and miss a few hours work.

Why they leave it so late to get them sent out I'll never know.
