worst case scenario. ..

The club has apparently decided that it would be worth 150 million quid or so to buy the three players at the top of our shopping list. Therefore, if we don't get any of them (which is a possibility, or we may only get one) it's reasonable to assume the club has some alternatives in mind (I can't imagine their response would be "so be it", let's not bother signing anyone). The thread's clearly asking for suggestions as to who those alternatives might be, not how we'll cope emotionally if it doesn't happen. I'm sure the OP (like the club) would be delighted to get all three first choices, but what happens if we don't seems like a perfectly valid thing to discuss.

Worst case scenario for me would be leaving the bottles of beer I've put in the freezer in there overnight by mistake, absolute nightmare.
 
Hopefully, this thread will be made to look absolutely ridiculous in a few weeks time when we've made some additions to the squad. We will strengthen that's a formality, it's just when.

Thank you very much indeed..I thought it wasn't so tough... some regular folk on here just feel it necessary to try and be smart arses... not big..not clever..not funny.
