Worst City players you remember

Gerry Creaney is the first that springs to mind.
There has been worse but the fact we swapped Paul Walsh + a big sum of money (at the time) for that lump, just had me staring at with disbelief, shaking my head every time I saw him. Portsmouth are probably still chuckling about that deal.
Has my memory gone or did we have something like a kashashkavilli play for us who wasn’t up to much?

I used to play with Rae and he was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch when we played, maybe not City level (even back then) but I can't agree due to the personal connection.
I would say David Brighwell for me or Fitzroy Simpson

I wouldn't pick anyone who came through the ranks tbh, it isn't fair on them when they were just starting out and doing their (albeit often limited) best.

We've bought enough absolute shit to leave the likes of Ingram, Brightwell, Conlon, Mason, Flood, Whitley etc out of this.

One player who cost a fair amount and has gone on to a very good career but was shite with us was Stefan Savic. Useless twat could barely kick the ball when playing in a footballing side. Playing in a back 8 at Atletico helps him out no end. Credit to him I suppose for making something out of his limited ability.

If he'd left after his first couple of matches, Shaun Goater. Definitely worth a statue now.

No idea who it was against but I remember I was in Platt Lane when I thought he was the worst I'd seen. Goes to show. Certainly shows I'm no judge.
