Actually that shouldn't be the worst dive ever, it's definitely the best! It's hard not to admire a guy who dives with nobody within 10 feet of him, whilst being at least 3 yards off-side and wins a penalty.

He was quite right to do that. You can clearly see one of the players in blue go in for a leg breaker challenge, contact would have ended his career. The player had to dive out the way. Unorthodox, but sensible in the circumstances.
