Worst ever decision

Crouch's NBA goal the other day hasn't had a mention. I thought he redirected it twice, once with each hand, plus a possible elbow bringing it down!

Remember Clive Allen for C.Palace scoring a goal v Coventry, hit the back stanchion and came out very fast and the ref didn't give it ! Back in the 1980s IIRC

His name was Derek Webb. He is from Manchester and was a very good referee but that decision haunted him. I heard him give a talk once and he said 20 years after he retired, he would still be stopped in the street and asked if he was the ref who disallowed THAT goal.

I remember one we got away with which probably saved us.

The handball in the area in extra time V Gillingham 99 . Think it may have been Whitley who handled. Looked a penalty to me.
Even out. We should have got one in the first 5 mins. Deliberate hand ball.

2 decisions that have always annoyed me Andy Dibble/Gary Crosby in 1990 cant believe that goal was allowed to stand and it turned out to be the winner and Danny Tiatto's disallowed goal in 2001 at Middlesbrough picked ball up in own half beat a couple of Boro players before scoring was disallowed as Kanchelskis was stood in an offside position but in todays law not interferring with play

Graham poll not awarding a penalty against Ipswich when Horlick was kicked in the head (blood all over the place) and then a week or so after at Liverpool in the cup he gave a penalty to Liverpool when litmanen slipped over. Poll actually fell over as he awarded the pen. The worst referee I have ever seen. Makes clattenburg look like Collina.

I remember this cnut against WBA away about 6 or 7 years ago

Dunny hammered in a free kick to equalise right near the end
then the cnut Poll said he had not blown his whistle when we all saw and heard
that he had and the tv later proved he had.....CNUT

the fa letting baconchops decide how many extra minutes he desires.

numerous occasions.

So many examples but it has to be Maradona cheating us in 86'.

More recently I can't help but feel for Bolton fans. Robbed in their final game v Stoke last year to 2 wrongly awarded goals and relegated as consequence. Not a fan of Gartside so I smile in that respect but I do empathise with their few fans, if it was us I'd have shed a tear that day truth being told.
