McMahon was good at Liverpool. 31 when we prized him away for over 1 million pounds.
while I agree many worse footballers gave worn our shirt. .e.g. Mike Walsh. I always thought sm summed up our club at the time. Signing has beens and will not best by crappie managers.

Someone else mentioned a name which I'd previously managed to erase from my memory - Jason van Blerk.

Jason Van Blerk and Tony Vaughan....basically anyone Frank Clark signed (with the exception of Kevin Horlock) was a total donkey
