Hughes is an average Premiership manager at best. Southgate, Kinnear/ Shearer, Brown, Mowbray, Bruce & Hart are worse than him. Wenger, O'Neill, Hiddink, Moyes, Hodgson, Redknapp and Zola are better than Hughes.

He's also a boring tw@t, never smiles, ginger..... need I go on? Also, he has not got a cat in hell's chance of ever attracting a big name to Notlob as long as he's in charge. Therefore, he gets my vote. I know if we had him as our manager, I'd be gutted.
Why not go on? It has to be more insightful than this? ;) I think most managers would have a problem attracting a "big name" given the status and financial position of the club. Its not the be all and end all of being a good manager. Megson has kept them up and that is much easier said than done in this league.
