Worst players to win PL/Best never to win PL

Boyata has a couple doesn't he? Richard Wright must have won it with a couple of clubs now. Various useless rag "prospects" like Chadwick, Wallwork, that Miller guy they got off Celtic who was going to be the next Roy Keane. Djimi Traore playing in and winning the CL final will always be my favourite of these things though
 
Modric, Bale, Zola, Le Tiss, Beardsley, Hasselbaink, Alonso, Mascherano, Waddle (only had a couple of years), McAllister, Gazza (didn't play a premier league game 'till he was 31) Horlock, Bishop, Goater, Weaver.
