Not to the OP who just wanted to slag the lad off and create a WUM thread, thankfully most have replied with common sense.

You know what mate, you got a big f'ing mouth. This is Bluemoon, a forum, where we express our thoughts and emotions. I created this thread because I thought Joe Hart did not need resting yesterday and would have possibly made the difference. I wanted to see what people had to say, now you have had your say, now shut it. I usually don't get too worked up with people on here because most are joking around, but you my friend have said your piece now leave it.

pantilimon was superb at arsenal and did nothing wrong against the scum , i hope he keeps his place against the bindippers , give joe a rest.

Seriously I swear somedays I would love to meet every single one of you and shake your heads not your hands. Give Joe a rest? You give it a rest!!! What is complicated about seeing that a goalkeeper is a sodding, twatting goalkeeper, meaning rest is not needed at all. I couldn't give a toss if we played 4 matches a week from August til May, what does a goalie need to rest for? He, and every other top notch, professional goalkeeper, is a prime athlete who eats and trains as much as the rest, yet stands in between two posts all day long and runs probably 1/20th of every outfield player.

Have you ever played in goal? Has anyone on here ever played in net? You get flustered, hot, focused, sweaty, and all that bollocks, but never in all my days of jumping in nets when the keeper was away or injured , did I ever walk off a pitch thinking 'Fuck me, I need a break boss/mate/skipper/mum/dad coz I am knackered from all that goalkeeping'.

It was a derby...in the FA Cup...versus the Stretford Red Sox...why on Earth would you not want Joe Hart in net.

Totally agree with you and to answer the op I think pants is a good back up to Joe but I think he would have saved one if not two of their goals because even though he's a fair bit shorter his positioning and foot speed are far better plus he's "match fit" as in sharper and in tune with the game where as pants isn't/wasn't, I agree Pants should get a run out here and there but not against Utd , Mr Mancini what were you thinking ???

No it could quite easily have been Evra or Nani, im just sure it was Valencia again, but not sure....either way...it could have been any of the Jackson 5 because whichever one it was it was a penner.

to suggest that joe would have done any better than costel is ridiculous. Costel i think will be a brilliant keeper with more experience, he's showing signs of it already as it is. Hope he plays against the dippin scum.

It's great to have a decent back up, and I know that he couldn't have done anything about the first two goals, but the third was down to a shite kick. Could Hart miss kick? Of coarse he could, it's the weak part of his game. I just feel we missed a trick, if Hart and Clichy start then in my opinion the first and third goal don't happen. But it's all if's buts and maybe's, however I hope Bobby plays his strongest team Wednesday then they can all have a rest we don't play till Monday.

Hart commands his area better so would have been a more ideal choice.
I don't think pant should have been selected for the derby because its a derby and hart is revered as the EPL's Best keep, so it has a Physiological advantage too.
