They had a guy on Talksport who does this sort of thing. It costs about £700 for a big banner but you cant fly over most grounds in London.

I don't know if anyone told you, but aeroplanes with more than one engine are allowed to fly low too ya know......

Aye, that was on the back of a helicopter - They must be allowed then?
