Probably fourth in my opinion. Arsenal seems a better side if both are comparatively healthy.

PSG certainly seem better than the rags and significantly better than Spuds or Dippers. Playing in England at such a higher level of competition would almost certainly motivate those players to perform a bit more up to their skill/talent level.

Knockout competitions mean very little. The question was about the league and the facts say after 25 games we've got 52 points in the PL whereas you've only got 49 in La Ligue. The PL is a much harder league then the French one, which is why people all over the world watch it.

PSG would probably finish top 6 and maybe top 4.
